How to get set up
- Go to tidio.com and click Get Started Free
- Create an account with your email and fill in your business details
- Tidio will give you a small code snippet to add to your website. Paste it into your site's HTML, or ask your developer to do it.
- Once installed, go back to Tidio and click Automations. Set up your first automated reply, for example: "When someone says 'opening hours', reply with your hours."
- Test it by visiting your website and opening the chat widget
